Corrugated Cardboard

Corrugated cardboard is one of the most popular transport and sales packaging materials – it is robust, lightweight, and sustainable. In times of climate change, the resource-efficient use and management of raw materials are more important than ever. Corrugated cardboard is nearly 100% recyclable, making it an optimal circular product. The use of corrugated cardboard packaging thus makes a decisive contribution to environmental and climate protection.

Due to its stability and lightness, corrugated cardboard packaging is used in numerous industries – whether for food transport and packaging, as bag-in-box or interlayers for the dairy and beverage industry, in e-commerce as a shipping medium, as moving boxes, or in various other specialized areas.

Every product requires individual packaging. Whether bulky, complicated, or delicate, whether classic folding box or unique die-cut packaging, our packaging experts will find a tailored and economically convincing solution for you.

Additionally, we also produce standardized packaging according to the FEFCO ESBO CODE.

Corrugated Cardboard Production

The heart of our machinery is our corrugated cardboard production line with a working width of 2.50 meters and a maximum speed of 320 meters per minute. We produce around 50 million square meters of corrugated cardboard annually in various paper compositions and flute types. By using the latest technology, we can guarantee consistently high quality. We produce both single-wall and double-wall corrugated cardboard. The flutes can be precisely described by their division and height, ranging from coarse to fine, including E, D, B, and C flutes for single-wall, and DE, EE, EB, and BC combinations for double-wall corrugated cardboard. We are happy to advise you on the best flute type and paper for your products.

Folding Cartons

Folding cartons are usually made from a single sheet of corrugated cardboard, have a glue flap, and are delivered flat to our customers. Customers can erect, fill, and seal the top and bottom flaps manually or mechanically. We also produce half-fold boxes with lids. If tear perforations or handles are required, we manufacture your cartons with additional tools. Depending on customer requirements, a five-color flexo direct print is possible.

Die-Cut Packaging

Using our rotary die-cutters, we produce various die-cut packaging, primarily trays. Trays can be used as classic shelf cartons and serve as both transport and sales cartons to present goods in retail. We deliver our shelf cartons flat to our customers, where they are erected, glued, and filled. We also produce many other die-cut packaging types, such as interlayers with rounded corners. Whether plain brown or high-quality lacquered die-cut packaging, we cater to your specific needs and produce with up to five colors in flexo direct print.

With our in-house color mixing facility, we can offer over 90,000 different shades. The printing inks used are water-based and contain no mineral oils. On request, we also print using the preprint process with up to 8 colors and varnish.
